An urgent call is going out to members of the public to participate in a project to document places of historical significance.
The St. Christopher National Trust with the support of the OAS will be holding Community Meetings with the residents of Sandy Point and Cayon and surrounding communities to provide information about the initiative and discuss the establishment of the National Registry of Heritage Places on St. Kitts. The Registry will become the official place of record, listing all important sites, buildings, structures and objects that are significant to the history of St. Kitts.
The upcoming meetings will be held:
Saturday June 17th at the Anglican Church Hall in Sandy Point at 5:30 p.m.
AND
Tuesday June 20th at the Cayon Primary School starting at 6:00 p.m.
An open Invitation is extended to everyone living in the above-mentioned towns and surrounding communities to attend these meetings and get involved.
