St. Kitts Attends Routes Americas Conference

Basseterre, St. Kitts (February 16, 2018) – This week, a delegation representing the St. Kitts Tourism Authority is attending the Routes Americas 2018 conference being held in Quito, Ecuador, from February 13-15. The annual event is the only route development forum that provides airlines, airports and destinations in the Americas region with the opportunity to discuss new market opportunities and the evolution of existing air services over three days of meetings and networking functions.

The delegation attending from St. Kitts is comprised of the CEO of the St. Kitts Tourism Authority Racquel Brown, Chairman of the Board of the St. Kitts Tourism Authority Nick Menon and Airlift Consultant Candice Kimmel, Founder and CEO of Adams Unlimited.

Over the course of the three-day event, the St. Kitts delegation met with executives from Air Canada, American Airlines, Delta Air Lines, JetBlue, Liat, Southwest Airlines, Seabourne Airlines, United Airlines and WestJet to discuss service to the island.  In addition to these meetings, the delegation attended various conference program sessions including a panel debate on recovering from disasters, keynote presention, welcome reception, networking evening and more.
