Public Health (Restriction of Movement) (Amendment) Regulations, 2021

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 10 of the Public Health Act, Cap. 9.21, the Minister of Health with the approval of the Cabinet of Ministers makes the following Regulations:

  1. Citation.

These Regulations may be cited as the Public Health (Restriction of Movement) (Amendment) Regulations, 2021.

  • Interpretation. In these Regulations,

“principal regulations” means the Public Health (Restriction of Movement) Regulations, No. 15 of 2021.

  • Amendment of regulation 3.

Regulation 3 of the principal regulations is amended in subregulation (1) by replacing it as follows

“ (1) A period of restriction of movement is imposed every day from 8 p.m. ofeach day until 5 a.m. of the following day, commencing on Tuesday 8th June, 2021 and ending on Tuesday 22nd June, 2021.”.

Made this 8th day of June, 2021.
