Eastern Caribbean Forecast: An active tropical wave moving through the
Eastern Caribbean will generate unsettled conditions today and tonight. Instability
and moisture associated with the wave could maintain cloudy periods with showers
for the Virgin Islands southward the Windwards Islands. Daytime heating could
trigger a moderate chance of showers across Trinidad and Tobago as well as, Puerto
Rico. However, the chances of showers could increase for Puerto Rico overnight as
the tropical waves moves westward.
