Basseterre, St Kitts and Nevis – The St. Kitts and Nevis Chamber of Industry and Commerce (SKNCIC) congratulates Her Excellency Dame Marcella Liburd GCMG JP on her appointment as the first female Governor-General of the Federation of St Kitts and Nevis.

Her Excellency Dame Marcella’s appointment to this high office is a testament to the progress and advancements that have been made in the Federation toward promoting gender equality and empowering women to pursue leadership roles. The Chamber congratulates Her Excellency on this momentous achievement and wishes her the very best during her tenure as Governor General.
