Civil servants and pensioners will benefit from an (8) percent salary increase, commencing on January 12, 2024. The Ministry of Foreign Affairs wishes to inform you that the Embassy of the Russian Federation is offering a scholarship from the Government of Russia for the 2024-2025 Academic Year. The Russian Government will cover tuition, and provide a small stipend for pocket expenses as well as accommodation. All other expenses would have to be borne by the candidate.
