Ms. Kiwanna Browne, Ms. Shantrice Dorset, Mr. Kamau Grant, Ms. Azuree Liburd, Mr. HasaniMc Donald and Ms. Siobhan Phipps are now each holders of a Legal Education Certificate, which enables their admission to practice at the bar of any of the countries in which the Council of Legal Education has jurisdiction. In an address to the nation, Hon Dr Joyelle Clarke, Minister of Sustainable Development, Environment and Climate Action said globally, there has been an increase in challenges in cities and human settlements, and in particular, an increase in criseslike COVID-19, climate and conflicts.
