The Organization of American States (OAS), through the Department of Human Development, Education and Employment (DHDEE) and the Rochester Institute of Technology (RIT), through the OAS Partnerships Programme for Education and training (PAEC), are offering scholarships to qualified candidates of the American’s to pursue Master’s degree in the programmes below via distance learning.

2. Networking and System Administration
3. Service Leadership and Innovation
4. Environmental, Health and Safety Management
5. Health Systems Administration
6. Personal Studies
7. Applied Statistics
8. Imaging Science
9. Manufacturing Leadership
10. Human- Computer Interaction
The candidate should begin the admission process to the degree programme before applying for the scholarship. The deadline for receipt of application to the programme is June 01, 2017, while the deadline for applying for the scholarship is July 01.
