    1. In clause 19 by replacing it as follows

“19. Exemption

(1) The Minister may, by order, exempt any type or category of property from the application of this Act.

(2) An Order made pursuant to subsection (1), shall be subject to negative resolution of the National Assembly.”. 

    1. in the Third Schedule by deleting that Schedule.
