Social Impact (SI), an international development management consulting firm in the Washington, DC-area, is seeking suitable persons to fill the position of Field Impact Evaluation Coordinators to manage field-based activities of the juvenile justice sector reform and Communities, Families, and Youth Resilience Project (CFYR) impact evaluations in St. Kitts and Nevis.
The evaluation period of performance is estimated to run between August 2017 and June 2021. Applicants are asked to note that this is a local position. Only candidates based in St. Kitts and Nevis will be considered.
Candidates should have a Master’s Degree or equivalent in political science, public policy, or other relevant fields and five years of experience conducting and/or managing monitoring, evaluation or research activities for development programmes in the Caribbean. Candidates must demonstrate organizational skills and attention to detail; ability to work independently to meet deadlines and adhere to high quality standards. They must be able to make presentations to and communicate with clients, government, and non-government stakeholders. Candidates must also possess strong professional written and verbal proficiency in the English language, as well as have ability and willingness to travel within and between the country studies as needed, including detention centers and to diversion program sites.
