The Department of Culture in collaboration with FLOW, invite the public to their third (3rd) annual Pan In Splendour steel pan recital on Friday 4th August, at 6pm at the Basseterre bay road just west of the Treasury.
Bring the entire family and friends and enjoy the therapeutic music of the steel pan played by the primary and high schoolers and adults that participated in the third (3rd) annual Pan In Splendour FLOW/Department of Culture’s summer steelpan workshop.
