  2. Mr. Benjamin Cromwell Francis – Member of the Most Excellent Order of the British Empire (M.B.E) for Business Enterprise and Entrepreneurship
  3. Dr. Ian Jacobs – Member of the Most Excellent Order of the British Empire (M.B.E) for Medical Services
  4. Inspector Alphonso Hendrickson –  Queen’s Police Medal (Q.P.M) for Services to policing and in particular to Government House for the past twenty-nine (29) years.

His Excellency The Governor-General Sir S W Tapley Seaton, GCMG, CVO, QC, JP extends sincere congratulations to the Awardees on their well deserved recognition.
