instability associated with Tropical Storm Isaac will continue to provide
unsettled weather conditions over and around the islands today and tonight.

likely. Some showers could be moderate to heavy at times, accompanied by

FLASH FLOOD ADVISORY
The soils here in St. Kitts and Nevis are saturated or near saturated
following the passage of Tropical Storm Isaac and the moisture
trailing the storm. Therefore, since there is a high chance of
showers, some of which could be moderate to heavy at times, we at
the St. Kitts Met Services are urging residents to exercise caution
in areas prone to flash flooding (ghauts) and rockslides. A flash
flood watch may become necessary during the day. We at the St.
Kitts Met Services will closely monitor the situation and if needs
be, we will issue the necessary watch statement.
Eastern Caribbean Forecast: Across most of the Caribbean, lingering
moisture and instability associated with Tropical Storm Isaac will result in
mostly cloudy skies with periods of widespread showers accompanied by
isolated thunderstorms from the British Virgin Islands southwards to Trinidad
and Tobago. Some showers could be moderate to heavy at times.
