The special guest will be Noah Mills, Chairman of the St. Kitts and Nevis National Carnival Committee.
Mr. Mills will engage the audience in a discussion about the calendar of activities for Sugar Mas 47 including new activities. Certification of judges, standardization of criteria, and the exposure given to Carnival winners will also be discussed. The evolution of Carnival will also be debated along with lessons learned from Sugar Mas 47 and Carnival’s socio-economic and cultural benefits.
