GOVERNMENT OF ST. KITTS AND NEVIS GAZETTES TO MOVE ONLINE FOLLOWING PARLIAMENTARY APPROVAL

BE IT ENACTED by the Queen’s Most Excellent Majesty, by and with the advice and consent of the National Assembly of Saint Christopher and Nevis and by the authority of the same as follows:

1. Short title.

This Act may be cited as the Limited Partnerships (Amendment) Act, 2019.

2. Interpretation.

In this Act,

“Act” means the Limited Partnerships Act, Cap. 21.12.

3. Amendment of section 22.

The Act is amended in section 22 subsection (2) by

(a) deleting the word “and” in paragraph (e)

(b) replacing the full stop in paragraph (f) with the expression “; and”;

(c) inserting a new paragraph (g) immediately after paragraph (f) as follows

“(g) the identifying particulars with respect to all general partners and limited partners who are individuals and who have beneficial ownership interest in the limited partnership.”.
