THE ANTIGUA AND BARBUDA METEOROLOGICAL SERVICES CONTINUES
TO MONITOR THE PROGRESS OF TROPICAL STORM DORIAN.

AT 500 PM AST (2100 UTC), THE CENTER OF TROPICAL STORM DORIAN
WAS LOCATED NEAR LATITUDE 11.5 NORTH, LONGITUDE 54.2 WEST, OR
695 SM SOUTHEAST OF ST. KITTS AND NEVIS.

DORIAN IS MOVING TOWARD THE WEST NEAR 14 MPH (22 KM/H), AND
THIS MOTION SHOULD CONTINUE THROUGH TONIGHT. A TURN
TOWARD THE WEST-NORTHWEST IS EXPECTED ON MONDAY, WITH THIS
MOTION CONTINUING THROUGH TUESDAY NIGHT. ON THE FORECAST
TRACK, THE CENTER OF DORIAN IS EXPECTED TO BE NEAR THE
WINDWARD ISLANDS LATE MONDAY OR EARLY TUESDAY AND MOVE
INTO THE EASTERN CARIBBEAN SEA ON TUESDAY.

MAXIMUM SUSTAINED WINDS HAVE INCREASED TO NEAR 50 MPH (85
KM/H) WITH HIGHER GUSTS AND ADDITIONAL STRENGTHENING IS
FORECAST DURING THE NEXT FEW DAYS, AND DORIAN COULD BE
NEAR HURRICANE STRENGTH BY TUESDAY OVER THE EASTERN
CARIBBEAN SEA.

BASED ON THE LATEST INFORMATION, DORIAN CONTINUES TO HOLD
STEADY TO THE FORECAST TRACK AND IS LIKELY TO MOVE OVER THE
WINDWARD ISLANDS BY LATE MONDAY INTO TUESDAY MORNING.

MEANWHILE, RESIDENTS IN THE LEEWARD AND VIRGIN ISLANDS ARE
NOT YET IN THE ALL CLEAR AND SHOULD CONTINUE TO CLOSELY
MONITOR THE PROGRESS OF DORIAN.

THE NEXT INFORMATION STATEMENT WILL BE ISSUED BY THE
ANTIGUA AND BARBUDA METEOROLOGICAL SERVICES AT 11PM THIS
EVENING.
