The Water Services Department wishes to inform the residents of Bird Rock, Frigate Bay, Half Moon and South East Peninsula of an unplanned water supply Interruption for today 27th August 2019. A 10” Water Transmission Line taking water to the Mourne Peak reservoirs broke overnight resulting in low levels at the reservoirs. maintenance crews are already working to restore supply.
We would also like to inform the residents of Cayon of ongoing efforts to rectify the water distribution problem being experienced, until the matter is addressed, residents will continue to experience fluctuation in pressure and interruption to supply.
The Water Services Department regrets any inconvenience caused during this time and thanks you for your continued patience and understanding we assure you that we are working assiduously to address these issues.
