Basseterre, St. Kitts, December 11, 2020 (RSCNPF): Cavin Grant of Fort Thomas Road is back in Police custody. He was apprehended by Police Officers on Wigley Avenue shortly after midday on Thursday, December 10 and was formally charged for the offence of Escaping Lawful Custody.
