The Caribbean Science Foundation invites applicants to register for one of
the two Caribbean Computer Coding Workshops being offered in the
Summer of 2021. The Workshops are aimed primarily at citizens of
Barbados and the OECS.
Girls, women, individuals with disabilities, at-risk youth, and primary and
secondary school teachers are especially urged to apply.
Workshop 1 is focused on Website development. Workshop 2 is focused on
programming in Python (from basics to video games).
The Workshops meet on Saturdays 9 am -12 noon, and Tuesdays and
Thursdays from 6 pm to 8 pm.
Classes begin on July 17th and end on August 28th 2021.
The application deadline is July 12th 2021. No prior experience is needed to
join either class.
