SKNCIC Welcomes Kevin Hope as Executive Director

St Kitts and Nevis Chamber of Industry and Commerce wishes to introduce you to our incoming Executive Director Mr. Kevin Hope. 
Kevin is a pre-eminent thinker, with a passion for regional development, sustainable and inclusive growth and public policy. He has an ability to turn economic concepts into practical investible ideas.

During his tenure with the Caribbean Development Bank and the Eastern Caribbean Central Bank, he led policy dialogues with the government, private sector, and NGOs in the areas of macro-fiscal reforms, financial sector development, productivity and growth, in addition to manage projects on macro-fiscal reform programmes. 

Kevin is an International Labour Organization (ILO) certified trainer in Entrepreneurship and their suite of products – the Know about Business (KAB) and Start and Improve Your Business (SYIB) programmes. He also lectures at the University of the West Indies, Cave Hill Campus in Trade Policy, Economics, and Transformational Leadership. Kevin has provided training and technical assistance to several micro, small and medium enterprises (MSMEs) and organizations within the Caribbean Community (CARICOM). 
Kevin has over fifteen years of policy and project-oriented experience working with Caribbean institutions on issues of Economic Development, Public Finance, Foreign Trade and Investment, Banking and Finance, and Debt Management. Development Specialist and Economist by profession, he is an Economics PhD candidate with Bournemouth University, UK; and holds a M.Sc. Financial and Business Economics, and B.Sc. Economics, from the University of West Indies, Cave Hill Campus.
