Four (4) officers of the Royal St. Christopher and Nevis Police Force (RSCNPF) have been
confirmed to the ranks of Sergeant and Corporal respectively. In a brief but meaningful
ceremony on the morning of June 30, 2023, Commissioner of Police (COP) James Sutton
presented Sergeants Kamara Phillip and Vivian Caesar, and Corporals Granville
Chapman and Krystal Bailey with their letters of confirmation.

COP Sutton thanked the officers for their excellent work and continued dedication to
serving and protecting the citizens and residents of St. Kitts and Nevis. He urged them to
continue maintaining a high standard of professionalism in the performance of their
duties as they set an example for those under their command. The COP also reminded
the officers that their work significantly contributes to the fulfillment the RSCNPF’s
national mandate and as such, the manner in which they executed their assigned duties
was of the highest importance.
