ALLERS GRANTED BAIL UNDER NEW CONDITIONS

Basseterre, St. Kitts, July 11, 2019 (RSCNPF): Ashley Allers of Jones Street, Fortlands was granted bail on July 06, 2019 after breaching his previous bail conditions on December 26, 2018. He was remanded to Her Majesty’s Prison on January 21, 2019 following the revocation of his bail.

He was granted bail in the sum of $100,000 with the conditions that: (1): he is to report to the Basseterre Police Station twice weekly; (2) observe a daily curfew; (3) no contact should be made with the Virtual Complainant; (4) he should not come within 100 meters of the Virtual Complainant; (5) he is to surrender all travel documents; (6) he is to surrender any and all firearms in his possession; and (7) keep the peace and be of good behavior.
