RELEASING EC$30 MILLION IN SECOND DISTRIBUTION
The Judicial Manager is pleased to advise that approximately EC$30 million is to be released to make a
further Distribution of 4% on agreed Plan Claims that will be paid to Plan Creditors, making a cumulative
total of 14%.
In the event that any Plan Creditor has not yet collected a first Distribution to which they are entitled, the
amount payable in the second Distribution will additionally include such first Distribution amount.
Plan Creditors eligible for distribution under the Plan are asked to collect their payment at the following
locations, at the given times and dates.

Policyholders are required to provide copies of valid identification in order to receive payments. Persons
authorized to receive funds on behalf of policyholders are required to provide appropriate documentation
and copies of valid identification for both the policyholder and the authorized personnel.
