Terms and Conditions
Please read the information outlined in this document carefully and thoroughly. By entering this competition, you agree to all terms and conditions outlined herein. The British High Commission Bridgetown; and title sponsor British Airways, reserves the right to amend the details of this contest without prior notice. Where appropriate, any amendments made will be updated in the terms and conditions document, on the social media channels specified for this contest, or through direct contact with the winner.
Criteria for Entry

1. This competition is open to nationals from Barbados, and the Eastern Caribbean countries of St Lucia, St Kitts and Nevis, St Vincent and the Grenadines, Antigua and Barbuda, Grenada and Dominica. Employees of the British High Commission Bridgetown, the British High Commission Castries, British Airways; and family members of employees within these organisations, are not eligible to enter.
2. Entrants must be 18 years or older and have a valid passport at the time of travel. Entrants are responsible for ensuring that their travel status allows them access to the United Kingdom (UK).

3. Send us your best photographic entries capturing, or recreating, your favourite British moments. Photographs should explore the themes of British culture, art, education, sport and business, visually depicting what the UK means to you. All photographs must be submitted in full colour, be of a high resolution, be in a Jpeg format, and be no less than 2MB or exceed 15 MB.

4. Photographs must be the work of the entrant and captured by the entrant. Third party photographs or images entered in previous competitions are not permitted. By submitting your photo, the entrant confirms that their image does not infringe on the copyrights, trademarks or intellectual property rights of any other person or entity. Entrants can submit no more than two (2) photos per person.
5. Entrants must like and follow the British High Commission Bridgetown on Facebook (@UKinBarbados) and on Instagram (@UKinCaribbean). Email your entries to britishsummercompetition@gmail.com, along with your full name, contact information and a short photo caption about your image, no later than April 30, 2019.

Prizes and Winner
6. British Airways agrees to provide the winner of this competition with two (2) World Traveller (economy) tickets, free of cost, covering travel to and from London. The awarded tickets will cover direct departure from Barbados, St Lucia, Antigua, Grenada and St. Kitts. Winners from Dominica and St. Vincent and the Grenadines, will be responsible for covering any costs associated with getting to one of the departure countries. British Airways also agrees to cover the costs of three (3) nights’ accommodation for the winner and their travel partner in London.

7. Winners will be contacted via telephone and email, within one (1) week of the draw date. The prize awarded for this competition is non- exchangeable and must be redeemed for use with the specified travel period.

8. British Airways reserves the right to substitute a prize of a similar value, should the specified prize, or any element of it, become unavailable for any reasons beyond control.
Publicity and Rights

9. The winner agrees to take part in unpaid promotion related to this competition, and therefore agrees to have their name, photograph (face or likeness) and winning entry displayed in the media. The winner also agrees to grant the British High Commission Bridgetown and British Airways non-exclusive and irrevocable rights to reproduce, distribute, and publicly display the winning photograph, without any remuneration being due. All entries that are not awarded a prize will be deleted, and will not be used further by the British High Commission Bridgetown or British Airways.

10. Personal data supplied to the British High Commission and British Airways during the course of this promotion, may be passed on to third-party stakeholders, only as required for fulfilment/ arrangement of the prize. Personal data will not be divulged to any other parties without your consent.
11. The decision of the judging panel is final and no further correspondence will be entered into regarding the winning selection. The British High Commission Bridgetown and British Airways reserves the right to revoke the prize of a winning entrant, found to be in breach of the competition rules.
